Volga river state aspect and landscape deltoid functioning is only need for stable and ecologically safe region development. One of the most important components of this aspect is organization and vegetative-ground monitoring conduction which is necessary part of modern natural resources exploitation. Hydro-electric power station cascade building and putting into operation led to hydrological regime change and in accordance with meteorological conditions changes and man's business activity, it has affected on the vegetative cover component of deltoid region landscape. Vegetative-ground cover botanic natural monument “Reed meadow” (belong to low ecological level meadow land, altitude above normal water level is 1,2 m) monitoring investigation results of the river Volga delta in the period of 1978 till 2015 are presented in this work. Ecosystem analysis of hydrological influence (average annual volume aqueous run off and run off volume for the second quarter), some meteorological (average annual air temperature and atmospheric precipitation amount for foliated season) and anthropogenic (man's business activity) factors on the content dynamics in highly soluble salt soils and soil solution toxic level and also on productivity and river Volga mid part phytocoenosis species composition was conducted.
