Since January 1, 2014, the Federal Law В«On special assessment of working conditionsВ». In connection with the adoption of the law amended the Labor Code, the Code of Administrative Offences, and in pension legislation. Currently, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation adopted documents regulating the В«technicalВ» aspects of the special assessment conditions. What kind of a special assessment of working conditions? This new name is familiar to all employees of enterprises certification of workplaces on working conditions. Procedure of course has been some changes, but the essence and the fundamental principles remain are the same. In addition elevated the status of the main document regulating the assessment of working conditions - with order of the ministry to the federal law. This is not surprising; results of the evaluation of working conditions affect a wide range of issues related to the employment of workers. Recently, he was even more increased, performance assessment of working conditions was used for the calculation of discounts (premiums) to the insurance rate for compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases, and to establish additional rate of insurance contributions to the Pension Fund.
