The urban environment is a natural and man-made system, which is based on a landscape that includes natural and anthropogenic components, which has experienced profound changes under the influence of active anthropogenesis. One of the natural components of urban landscapes that are subject to anthropogenic impact is inland water bodies. At the present rate of growth arboreta have a major effect on aquatic complexes have construction (hydraulic engineering and irrigation, industry, transport, housing, civil), by mass development of catchment area, housing and communal services (HCS) for the operation of the city and comfortable living of the population. One of these watercourses is the Tsarev Channel.
