The results of studies of the macro - and micro - component composition of reservoir waters of the Oymasha field are presented. Features of distribution and conditions of formation of metal - bearing brines in the lower structural floors of the Deposit and some other structures of the southern Mangyshlak are considered. Their deep Genesis is substantiated. It is shown that the flow of metal - bearing brines and desalinated water into the sedimentary cover of the platform is an integral part of a single and continuous process of degassing the Earth. Identified industrial clusters of rare elements can serve as objects promising for hydromineral raw materials.

Key words: подземные воды, гидрохимия, металлоносные рассолы, глубинная дегазация, гидроминеральные ресурсы, underground water, hydrochemistry, metal-bearing brines, deep degassing, hydromineral resources
