Astrakhan region has a rich historical and cultural heritage. The feature region betrays its multinational, which has led to a concentration here of different religions and cultures. In the Astrakhan region has a large number of monuments of history and culture, and their number is growing. Annually irretrievably lost part of these unique objects. Of the monuments is under constant negative impact of environmental factors, both natural (tectonics, coastal erosion, transgression, landslides, erosion, flooding, and etc.) And anthropogenic (violation of the geological environment, air pollution, vibration, noise, etc.). Indifference, neglect, poor living conditions, lack of funds, as well as the influx of tourists, whose number is constantly growing - all pose a danger to the cultural heritage of the area. That is why, even if today we can talk about improving the situation with regard to the growing, albeit belated, recognition of the value of cultural heritage remains to be done a lot of work on the basis of a coordinated effort to study and analyze skla-dyval situation. The loss of these unique objects that store the memory of days gone by greatly impoverished the cultural and historical potential of the Astrakhan region. Do not forget that, demolishing historic Art hitekturnoe structure, and building in its place a new model building, we are depriving the city of its uniqueness and originality. Restoration or rehabilitation of historic monuments requires, above all, careful preparation and attract a wide variety of experts, taking into account the real state of the object, its historical and aesthetic features, as well as the environment. For such work should be involved only recognized restorers and craftsmen who know a lot. Otherwise, the world heritage very soon turns into a pile of counterfeit far in appearance from the originals.
