Evaluation of the influence factors of engineering-geological conditions on the cadastral cost of lands

On the basis of analytical study of stock, literary and reference materials of the past years, the typification of engineering-geological conditions of the territory of the III floodplain terrace of the Kuban river within the areas of prospective development of Krasnodar was carried out. In the course of the work, a complex methodology for assessing the factors of engineering-geological conditions based on the quantitative expression of the complexity category was tested. The calculation of complex indicators of complexity for the cadastral evaluation of land. The performed calculations allowed us to divide the study area into two categories of complexity (II - medium and III - complex) and to type in terms of the prospects of construction development on the adverse and conditionally favorable. It was found that when carrying out the state cadastral evaluation of the features of engineering-geological conditions of the earth can cause significant differentiation of the final cadastral value of objects. The results of the evaluation of engineering-geological conditions, expressed by the coefficients can be used in the system of the equation of land resources for territorial planning.
